The beauty of being scared shitless (often times rock bottom) is that you’re MORE willing to try new things that you wouldn’t otherwise thought of.
You’re an open vessel because you want it so bad.
You’re letting your guard down (dropping the resistance) to having it.
You’re telling God/Universe please show me the way. I am willing to do my part.
And you do.
You start showing up for yourself.
You stop skipping out on the gym.
You stop skipping out on morning meditation.
You start speaking up at meetings.
You start thinking and speaking as if what you CRAVE is already yours.
You become the version of you who ALREADY has it.
So you get it.
Even though you’re scared and aren’t sure HOW it is going to happen. You still show up.
When I quit my job to start a coaching business and moved to LA, I had no idea what I was getting myself into but I knew I had the desire for a reason.
It was meant to be.
I was suppose to be living in LA, spending my days at the beach, while building my business - so I did it.
I did it scared.
And I would do it all over again.
There is always going to be something to fe afraid of - change is scary but I promise you it’s worth it.
You can’t dream of your ideal life and think that things don’t have to change to make it happen.
Change is inevitable.
You can either get on board and do it deliberately or go kicking and screaming - either way your ass is moving.
What’s your choice?
PS: your dream life is waiting for you to commit.
PPS: I’m scared right now. I just moved out of my apartment in LA to head to Yoga Teaching School in NYC for 10 Weeks.
I’ve never done anything like this nor did I ever believe I could.
