What is a Trauma Response ?

The version of you who took on these TRAUMA RESPONSES (Fight, Flight, Freeze or Fawn) to survive your childhood isn’t who you need to BE to have a happy successful adult life.


You no longer need to operate from a place of survival - struggling and begging to get your needs met.




It’s time you move from a place of ease, surrender and PLEASURE. Believing that you are worthy of the very best that life has to offer - right now.


I know it’s scary to let go of the baggage and pain because you’ve been carrying it for so long. It’s apart of your identity but I want you to STOP for a moment and ask yourself a few questions


- Flight Response: Perfectionism


What would happen if you make a mistake?


- Freeze Response: Difficulty making a decision


What would happen if you make the “wrong” decision?


- Fight Response: Anger Issues


What’s the REAL reason I’m so angry?


Fawn Response: People Pleaser


What WILL happen if I disappoint the people in my life?


These are just a few questions I ask my clients based on their trauma response.
