Together, we’ll move through a deeply restorative journey of ceremonial cacao, holotropic breathwork, somatic healing, cord releasing, yin yoga, sound healing, guided integration, and sisterhood to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, feminine embodiment, and heart-opening connection.
