About the event
Womb to Heart is a two-part women's healing experience in Los Angeles County designed to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, feminine embodiment, and authentic connection. If you've ever felt lonely, longing, unchosen, or unworthy, we are breaking the bonds to what tethers us to these emotions rather from former partners, situationships, parenting or deep ancestral energies. Through ceremonial cacao, holotropic breathwork, somatic healing, cord releasing, yin yoga, sound healing, guided integration, and sisterhood, participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies, release emotional patterns, and open their hearts in a safe, supportive environment. Join Nazra and Coach Lakisha for this intimate women's wellness event in Woodland Hills, where ancient practices and modern somatic healing come together to create lasting transformation.
